When you contact us by email, sign up to our website subscription service, or ask one of the TPRP team of organising residents to keep you informed, the information you provide (personal information such as name, address, email address, phone number, organisation - if applicable), will be processed and stored to enable us to contact you to keep you informed of the planning process, and our planned activities, and/or for us respond to your correspondence or enquiry.

We may quote comments you submit to us - either on our website, or other social media platforms and outlets (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, broadcasting and newspaper publishers), but this will be done so in an anonymous manner, as not to identify any individual(s), unless you tell us you are happy for any such feedback or comments to be attributed to you personally.
